The successful candidate will be a self-starter who will part of a growing team leading the efforts to create scalable processes, outline the technology roadmap and develop metrics and analytics in the areas of compensation, benefits, systems and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with leadership to provide analysis which drives business decisions to enhance organizational performance
  • Create, manage and own people reporting, dashboards and analysis 
  • Identification of high-level insights and underlying, specific drivers/causes
  • Maintain high data integrity by defining business processes, policies, and approval flow and performing ongoing audits in accordance with company and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Support annual compensation planning activities
  • Participate in external compensation and benefits surveys
  • Prepare and audit job descriptions and determine appropriate job level
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives and help develop company policies.
  • Provide operational support to employees during the performance review cycle and other related processes
  • Research, recommend, and communicate benefit programs.
  • Support HR systems implementations (including HRIS, ATS)

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resource experience including experience in operations, compensation, benefits
  • BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or related field or, equivalent experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are required
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions to impact decision making
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review, analyze, manipulate, and present data in various formats required
  • Proven project management, organizational and planning skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to quickly pivot when required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
