Please join our movement at is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Graphic Designer to create innovative and compelling marketing experiences on multiple media platforms. As part of our team, you will assist in the design approach to create a new brand and event experience, pushing the creative approach to drive performance. You will work closely with product and technology partners along the way. Our ideal candidate understands design and type hierarchies with pixel-perfect execution, and is comfortable working with precise technical specifications regarding image usage, creative dimensions, media and file formats, file sizes, and copy styling. You will get your hands dirty in all aspects of end-to-end visual design including using storyboards, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas and direction.

This is a temporary/contract position with the potential to extend beyond initial six (6) month contract period. Able to work virtually/remote anywhere in the US.

What You Will Do

  • Take an idea from concept to launch. Innovating new brand standards and style guides.
  • Assist in the design of our brand, pushing the creative approach to drive performance and build brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design and product teams to continue the definition and rollout of our new design language.
  • Create marketing campaigns that showcase H2O’s brand across multiple marketing channels including events, online marketing and sales-driven email campaigns.
  • Present and defend visual design solutions to leadership & team owners.
  • Work includes In person and digital event design, social media, paid digital advertising, slide decks, digital and print whitepapers, one-pagers, etc., trade show booth design, and swag, Brand illustrations, Icon illustration.


What We Are Looking For

  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating online marketing, visual branding, and great user-centered design solutions.
  • Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in online marketing & brand design
  • Self-motivated and willingness to work on aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while producing high quality designs
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign 
  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience
