About This Opportunity

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership. This role will drive financial planning, forecasting, business insights, and performance management as we scale toward profitability and long-term value creation.

You will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, supporting capital allocation decisions, and building lightweight, AI-enabled processes that scale with the business.
 

What You Will Do

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes
  • Develop scenario models to support strategic decisions, growth investments, and capital allocation
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into financial plans

Performance Management

  • Own monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Analyze revenue, ARR, margins, cash flow, and operating leverage
  • Provide actionable insights to drive disciplined execution and path-to-profitability targets

AI & Automation

  • Build scalable, AI-enabled FP&A processes and dashboards
  • Improve reporting automation, data integrity, and cross-functional transparency
  • Leverage data tools to increase speed and accuracy in financial insights

Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders
  • Support pricing, GTM investment decisions, and partnership economics
  • Support strategic initiatives

Capital & Cash Management Support

  • Support cash forecasting and multi-year financial modeling
  • Assist in board reporting and investor materials

What We Are Looking For
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, preference to MBA candidates
  • Minimum 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience
  • Experience within SaaS/Software industry preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Deep understanding of ARR, CAC, LVT, gross margin
  • Experience implementing or improving financial systems
  • Exceptional data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong partner-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized work style and a project manager mindset
