This role may be located anywhere in the US and may be a remote position.

The North America Field Marketing leader is responsible for developing creative, integrated campaigns that build meaningful pipeline and revenue in our fastest growing geography. This highly visible position will partner closely with sales and other members of the marketing team to understand the unique needs of the region and rapidly execute a variety of programs including digital campaigns, events (both virtual and onsite), sponsorships and partner engagements, customer advocacy and make recommendations for PR/AR strategy. This is a fast-paced dynamic environment requiring a growth mindset and willingness to test and learn. 

This position requires a high level of creativity, a curiosity to dig into data that informs future decisions, a deep understanding of growth marketing best practices and a willingness to collaborate with a team but maintain focused individual execution. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop a comprehensive North America marketing plan that supports pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with the North America sales teams and communicate the needs of the field back to the broader marketing team as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with members of the H2O team including global marketing, sales, customer success and executive teams on programs including campaigns, events, dinners, meetups, and H2O World.
  • Extensively use to monitor, report and analyze campaign effectiveness, lead development and follow-up. 

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated track record of success managing pipeline development and a minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience. 
  • Excellent project management skills. This position will need to manage events to a budget and execute day-of tactics. Will need to be able to juggle and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
  • Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo required. 
  • Experience with tech marketing events - meetups, executive roundtables, briefings, thought leadership events, tradeshows, VIP dinners, executive events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels
