As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will focus on top-of-funnel sourcing support and will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs. You will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the details of priority positions
  • Develop, lead and execute robust sourcing strategies
  • Use innovative methods to dig for diverse, hard-to-find candidates: tactical research, referral generation, sourcing campaigns, career sites
  • Identify and engage passive talent
  • Screen resumes/CVs against job requirements
  • Ensure ATS data integrity

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of talent sourcing experience with an emphasis on research and/or passive sourcing
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, inclusive of Boolean searches, data mining, professional networking, passive candidate prospecting and innovative social media sourcing strategies
  • Experience with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
