H2O.ai is looking for exceptional candidates join our EMEA BDR team. As an H2O.ai Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be finding, engaging, and qualifying prospects to drive continued sales growth. 

This role may be located anywhere in EMEA.

What You Will Do:

  • Professionally and persistently follow up with inbound leads and outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify target prospects and perform analysis through a variety of online research methods
  • Set up introductory calls with target influencers and decision makers; your job is to make sure a majority of these calls become qualified opportunities for our Account Executives
  • Develop creative tactics and strategies to reach prospects
  • Understand the latest industry trends 
  • Dedication to continuous learning 
  • Record and track activity in Salesforce.com

What You Bring:

  • Proven industry-related inside sales experience
  • Previous experience in cold calling sales pitches and prospect research
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Zoom, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo or similar tools
  • Comfort-level with making a minimum of 50 targeted calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience making minimum of 50 prospect calls per day
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage ambiguity
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Able to effectively work remotely
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
