About This Opportunity
We’re seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant with Chief of Staff responsibilities to partner closely with our President & Chief Revenue Officer during a critical phase of scale and transformation at H2O.ai.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a trusted partner, strategic operator, and force multiplier, helping the President & CRO stay focused on the highest-leverage priorities, driving operating cadence across the GTM organization, and ensuring strategy consistently translates into execution.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership, customers, partners, and board stakeholders, with a front-row seat to how a category-defining AI company scales its global revenue engine. Most importantly, you’ll play a direct role in shaping H2O.ai’s growth, momentum, and long-term success.
This is a platform role. Based on performance, trust, and business needs, there is a clear
opportunity to expand scope into a broader Chief of Staff role with increased ownership across strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.

What You Will Do
Executive Partnership & EA Excellence
- Operate with exceptional executive judgment, discretion, and ownership.
- Manage calendar, travel, and meetings with context and intent, protecting focus time, sequencing priorities strategically, and ensuring every meeting has clear objectives, outcomes, and owners.
- Proactively anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and resolve issues before they surface.
- Act as a true extension of the President & CRO, triaging inbound requests, anticipating priorities, and ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact decisions, customers, partners, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Own defined decision domains on behalf of the President & CRO (e.g., prioritization, sequencing, meeting acceptance, cadence enforcement).
- Represent the President & CRO in select meetings and forums when appropriate, with authority to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Drive follow-through on key Go-To-Market initiatives across Sales, Marketing,
- Partnerships, Customer Success, and RevOps.
- Own operating rhythms and cadences, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, QBRs, and executive offsites.
- Ensure decisions translate into execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with ELT, Product, Engineering, Sales Consulting, Customer Success, Post Sales, and GTM leaders to align priorities and execution.
- Ensure cross-functional accountability against company objectives, ARR growth targets, and execution milestones.
- Prepare executive briefs, internal updates, and external communications with clarity and precision.
- Drive change management across GTM initiatives by reinforcing operating standards, surfacing risks and misalignment early, and constructively challenging assumptions when needed.
- Maintain momentum and alignment by removing friction and ensuring progress in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (ideally CRO, President, or equivalent) in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving organizations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong prioritization, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; ability to build trust and influence across teams.
- Absolute discretion and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
- High technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, calendars, and executive-level documentation (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
